GAP Audit

So we had our FARM gap audit this week. GAP is Global Animal Partnership and they are setting standards for animal welfare. The auditor seemed pretty impressed with our Farm and gave us some valuable feedback on what other farms are doing (lots of wily farmers out there coming up with clever solutions). The GAP system rates farms in steps from 1 to 5+ the higher the step the better. Notice the booties on the auditor (observing Bio-security even though we were the only farm visited that day)
